Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed malignant tumor cases with clearly defined histological type; 2.availability of high-quality whole-slide imaging pathology slides with a scanning magnification of =20×; 3.completion of standardized gene expression testing, such as RNA-seq or clinical gene panel testing, with traceable data; 4.availability of complete clinical medical records and follow-up information;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathology slides with severe preparation artifacts, such as tissue folding, bubbles, uneven staining, or blurred scanning; 2.molecular testing data that fail to meet quality requirements, such as severe RNA degradation, insufficient sequencing depth, or abnormal quality control metrics; 3.unclear sample source or risk of labeling error; 4.severe missing clinical information, such as missing key diagnosis or staging information;
