Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Patients receiving VA-ECMO treatment; 3.Peripheral femoral artery and femoral vein catheterization; 4.During this hospitalization, VA ECMO support was received for the first time
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pulmonary embolism; 2.VA ECMO or VAV mode of central catheterization; 3.Patients expected to die within 36 hours after ECMO support; 4.Patients who cannot undergo weaning tests; 5.Patients who have received VA ECMO support for the second or more times; 6.Patients with missing clinical data or difficult follow-up
