Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-90 years old, positive prostate needle biopsy result,; 2.Plan to perform a da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy within 1 week; 3.Willing to participate in the survey, no history of mental illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery is required and preoperative evaluation has not been performed; 2.There is cognitive impairment or inability to provide informed consent; 3. Have a history of psychological disorders; 4. Have a history of vestibular dysfunction, motion sickness, alcohol or drug abuse, or have diseases such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, etc. 5.Patients with vertigo (e.g., benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Ménière's disease), severe heart disease (e.g., myocardial infarction or heart failure in the past 6 months), etc., are contraindicated for VR applications, or cannot tolerate VR equipment due to eye diseases (e.g., glaucoma, retinal detachment after surgery).
