Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older, no restriction on gender; 2.Diagnosed with lung cancer and receiving thoracic radiotherapy (RT) for the first time;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who fail to receive long-term follow-up care at our hospital or are lost to follow-up will be excluded, as authentic observational data cannot be obtained for such individuals; 2.Patients with incomplete medical records or over 20% missing data for most variables will be excluded.
