MHT+aerobic exercise group:Hormone therapy for menopause + 35 minutes of aerobic exercise at a time
MHT+resistance exercise group:Hormone therapy for menopause + a single 35-minute resistance exercise
MHT+combined group:Hormone therapy for menopause combined with a single 35-minute aerobic resistance exercise

40 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged between 40 and 55 who are within the perimenopausal period; 2. Self-rating Anxiety Scale score >=45 points; 3. Those receiving MHT have been taking the medication for at least one month. 4. Have the ability to read and understand the filled scales and be willing to participate in the survey. Commit to abiding by the research procedures, cooperate in the implementation of the entire research process and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are contraindications to exercise and a history of previous mental disorders
