Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.pDoC meets the standards of the 'Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Disorders of Consciousness' published in 2020; 2. coma lasting more than 28 days, and is a first occurrence; 3. age 12-80 years, no restriction on gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of brain tumors or other serious central nervous system disorders; 2. Complicated by severe damage to the heart, kidneys, or other organs; 3. In retrospective studies, patient medical records are incomplete or electronic medical record data is missing.
