Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Met the diagnostic criteria for tennis elbow (according to the diagnostic criteria for lateral epicondylitis as defined in the textbook Surgery). 2.Aged 18–70 years; 3.Disease duration of =4 weeks (non-acute lateral epicondylitis); 4.Meet the indications for extracorporeal shock wave therapy, with intact skin without any breakage or damage over the lateral elbow; 5.Voluntary participation in the study with signed informed consent, and ability and willingness to comply with all protocol requirements and follow-up visits;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent cervical or neurological disorders; 2.Patients with local skin abnormalities over the elbow joint, including infection, lesions, or rash; 3.Patients who have received corticosteroid injections, acupotomy, or shock wave therapy to the elbow within the past month; 4.Presence of any other conditions that contraindicate extracorporeal shock wave therapy (e.g., pregnancy, coagulation disorders, malignant tumors in the treatment area, etc.);
