Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.ASA ?~?, Patients intending lung transplantation under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known hypersensitivity to any study medication; 2.Presence of severe cerebrovascular disease, severe hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C), or renal dysfunction requiring renal replacement therapy; 3.Preoperative administration of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI); 4.Inability to provide written informed consent. 5.Patients with severe pulmonary hypertension; 6.Cardiac function grade (NYHA) = 3; 7.Oxygen saturation < 90% under oxygen inhalation; 8.Intolerance to conscious pulmonary artery floating catheter placement.
