Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for secondary lower limb lymphedema according to the 2020 Consensus Document of the International Society of Lymphology; 3.Lymphedema caused by surgery or radiotherapy for gynecological malignancies; 4.Alert and oriented, with no cognitive or communication impairments, and able to correctly understand the questionnaire content; 5.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and agree to participate in this survey; 6.During the qualitative interview phase,participants were selected from the quantitative study cohort, consisting of patients with a total Active Patient Measure scale score >=67.0 and those with a score <=47; 7.Voluntarily participate in the qualitative interview phase and provide informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lymphatic disease or primary lymphedema; 2. Concurrent primary malignant tumors in other sites, tumor recurrence, or distant metastasis; 3. Concurrent severe chronic diseases (cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or hematological disorders); 4. Presence of lower extremity thrombosis; 5. Acute infection foci in both lower extremities; 6. Patients with psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment; 7. Patients with severe dysfunction or failure of vital organs such as the liver or kidneys; 8. Patients who, during the qualitative interview phase, are unable to communicate or express themselves normally due to illness or other factors; 9. Patients who, during the qualitative interview phase, are unable to tolerate an interview lasting 30–60 minutes; 10. Patients who, during the qualitative interview phase, refuse to be recorded;
