Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 14 years or older; 2.Diagnosis of acute poisoning based on definite or suspected toxic exposure, typical clinical manifestations, and/or objective laboratory or toxicological evidence; 3.For the prospective cohort, written informed consent can be obtained from the participant or the legally authorized representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.For the prospective cohort, participants who are expected to be unable or unwilling to complete follow-up.
