Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: 1. Aged 6–18 years; 2. Participants included in the adrenoleukodystrophy subgroup must have a confirmed diagnosis of childhood cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy with available definitive genetic testing reports; 3. The subject, guardian, or authorized representative has signed the informed consent form. Control group: 1. Aged 6–18 years; 2. Good physical health, without major acute or chronic diseases that may affect study indicators (healthy control); 3. No history of acute infection, fever, trauma or surgery within the past month (healthy control); 4. The subject, guardian, or authorized representative has signed the informed consent form (healthy control).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.It is currently undergoing other clinical trial studies; 2.Other clinically significant active diseases, such as significant cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases; 3.Where the subject, guardian or power of attorney does not consent or has doubts; 4.There is a family history of adrenoleukodystrophy (healthy control group); 5.There are any diseases that may affect the results or pose safety risks (healthy control group); 6.Subjects, guardians or power of attorney who do not agree or have doubts (healthy control group);
