Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Skin and soft tissue defects of the index finger accompanied by bone interphalangeal joint or extensor tendon exposure, and the exposed area is not suitable for skin grafting. 2. The width of the wound is small, and the donor area can be closed directly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merged with severe diabetic vascular disease and systemic severe disease; 2. Incomplete follow-up data subjects;
