Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). 2.Age >= 18 years; patients who understand and voluntarily sign the written informed consent, are willing to participate in the study, and agree to comply with scheduled follow-up. 3.Availability of corresponding fresh and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue samples, as well as blood, saliva, and stool specimens. 4.Availability of complete baseline clinical data, including but not limited to age, sex, TNM stage, HPV infection status, smoking and alcohol consumption history, treatment regimen, and treatment response evaluation records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Known diagnosis of any autoimmune disease (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis). 2.History of other prior malignancies. 3.Known uncontrolled severe infections (e.g., HIV, active hepatitis, active tuberculosis) or severe immunodeficiency disorders. 4.Prior hormone therapy or immunotherapy before study enrollment. 5.Presence of psychiatric disorders.
