18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–80 years; 2.Patients scheduled for elective major abdominal surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 3.ASA physical status class I–III; 4.Surgical duration >= 2 hours; 5.Abdominal CT scan performed within 1 month prior to surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency or palliative surgery; 2.Receipt of radiotherapy or chemotherapy within three months prior to surgery; 3.Severe cardiopulmonary disease (NYHA Class III or higher, or COPD GOLD Stage 3 or higher); 4.Incomplete or poor-quality CT imaging data, rendering it impossible to delineate regions of interest or perform data analysis; 5.Preoperative cognitive impairment, illiteracy, or difficulty communicating in Mandarin;
