Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered ward nurses on duty with a valid Nurse Practicing Certificate; 2. Engaged in frontline clinical nursing work in psychiatric wards; 3. Provided informed consent and participated voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been away from frontline clinical posts for more than 3 months within the past 6 months; 2. Newly recruited nurses under probation without previous working experience in psychiatric departments; 3. Those who cannot guarantee full participation in the key procedures of this research.
