Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The case group needs to be diagnosed with bacterial infection of sepsis, meeting the diagnostic criteria for the corresponding diseases. 2.Patients who have not received antibacterial treatment before sample collection. 3.The healthy control group should meet the following criteria: no bacterial infection; no history of other malignant tumors or serious diseases (including heart disease, lung disease, liver and kidney function impairment, hematological diseases, and autoimmune diseases); age and gender should be matched with those of the case group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hemolyzed, lipemic, icteric or bacterially contaminated samples; 2.Insufficient sample volume (serum volume < 500 µL); 3.Received blood transfusion or intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) treatment within 1 week before sample collection; 4.The sample storage time exceeds 6 months (for those without clearly marked storage conditions); 5.Combined with other serious diseases (such as malignant tumors, infectious diseases, and active stages of autoimmune diseases);
