Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients voluntarily participated in this research project; 2. Patients were conscious and had normal communication and could cooperate with airway assessment; 3. underwent elective thoracic surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Patients required placement of a left double-lumen endobronchial tube for one-l ventilation; 5. Patients were graded ASA I-III; 6.The age of the patients was >=18 years old and <=65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient refuses to participate in this study; 2.The patient has a neuropsychiatric disease, unable to communicate or cooperate with air assessment; 3. The patient has severe airway deformity, unable to smoothly place the left double-lumen endobronchial tube; 4.Pregnant lactating female patients.
