Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 59 years old; 2. Diagnosed with cervical intervertebral disc herniation via imaging examination; 3. Received standardized conservative or surgical treatment and currently in the rehabilitation period; 4. Possess sound cognitive and comprehension ability with effective communication capacity; 5. Provided informed consent and participated in the study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe organic diseases, such as malignant tumors, congenital malformations and severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 2. Suffering from irreversible neurological deficits, including severe spinal cord compression and complete quadriplegia. 3. Having mental or cognitive disorders such as severe depression and schizophrenia, with inability to communicate normally.
