Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The undergraduate students of the "Belt and Road Initiative" International Medical School of Zhejiang University who have officially registered for the MBBS program;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People with a history of serious mental illness (like depression, anxiety, etc.), cognitive impairments, or those who can't cooperate to complete the study process.
