Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who visited our hospital for the first time due to infection; 2.Within 2 weeks prior to the visit, the patients had not received any vaccination, undergone any open surgical procedures, or taken any antibiotics or immunosuppressive medications; 3.Within 2 weeks prior to the visit, the patients had not received any vaccination, undergone any open surgical procedures, or taken any antibiotics or immunosuppressive medications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-active infection: The organism is considered only colonization or contamination, with no documented records of treatment for active infection. 2.Mixed infection: Other definite pathogenic bacteria (e.g., Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, fungi, etc.) were simultaneously isolated from the same site, and are clinically considered co-pathogens that may significantly interfere with the evaluation of outcomes for Staphylococcus lugdunensis infection. 3.Significant data deficiency: Critical clinical data or antimicrobial susceptibility test results are missing, rendering effective analysis impossible. 4.Repeated admissions: The same patient was repeatedly hospitalized for the same episode of infection; only the first visit record was included to avoid data duplication. 5.Treatment discontinuation or transfer: The patient was discharged against medical advice, discontinued treatment, or transferred to another hospital during the critical period of infection treatment, making outcome assessment indeterminate.
