Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-75 years, gender not limited; 2.Clinically diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B-related liver fibrosis; 3.Child-Pugh class A; 4.Transient liver elasticity testing showed liver stiffness values of 8-12 kPa, corresponding to significant fibrosis (F2) stage; 5.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combining other causes of liver disease (such as hepatitis C, alcoholic liver disease, metabolic-associated fatty liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver injury, etc.); 2.Received nucleoside (acid) analogs (such as entecavir, tenofovir) or interferon antiviral treatment within 6 months before enrollment; 3.Used corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or traditional Chinese medicines with clear immune-regulating effects within one month before enrollment; 4.Concurrent liver cancer or other malignant tumors; 5.Concurrent severe heart, lung, or kidney dysfunction; 6.Pregnant or lactating women; 7.Researchers' judgment that other situations are not suitable for participating in this study.
