Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Breast cancer patients underwent radical mastectomy under general anesthesia; 2.Sign informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to enrollment in the study; 2. There are communication barriers that prevent cooperation with research experiments; 3. Decreased brain reserve, use of antidepressants, antipsychotics, and corticosteroids; 4. Merge severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, metabolic, and psychiatric system diseases; 5. History of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis; 6. Allergies to previous anesthesia drugs; 7. History of alcohol abuse in the past; 8. Having a family history of malignant hyperthermia in the past; 9. History of apnea syndrome; 10. Have a history of other surgical anesthetics within the 3 months prior to enrollment in the study.
