18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Female patients scheduled for elective hysteroscopic surgery; 2.ASA physical status I–II; 3.Aged 18–65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or breastfeeding patients; 2.Patients who refuse to provide informed consent to participate in the study; 3.Patients receiving psychotropic medications or with psychological disorders; 4.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease; 5.Patients with morbid obesity (BMI >30 kg/m²); 6.Patients allergic to lidocaine or propofol; 7.Patients with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 8.Patients at high risk of obstructive sleep apnea; 9.Patients with anticipated difficult airway.
