Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients attending the Department of Gastroenterology; 2. Aged 3–18 years, irrespective of sex; 3. Positive for H. pylori by ¹³C or ¹4C urea breath test; 4. Those with indications for undergoing gastroscopy and gastric mucosal biopsy; 5. The guardian/patient themselves agrees to participate in the project and has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of antibiotics, bismuth agents, H2 receptor antagonists, or proton pump inhibitors within the past 4 weeks; 2. Prior history of gastric surgery; 3. Those deemed, upon comprehensive assessment, to have poor compliance and inability to accurately provide the information required for the study.
