Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical nurses who hold nurse qualification certificates and are registered and employed; 2. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who were not on duty during the survey period due to personal leave, sick leave, maternity leave, external advanced training, study leave, or other similar reasons; 2. Nurses who were not permanent staff of this department during the survey period due to rotation, external training, or study assignments elsewhere.
