Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnancy; 2. Screening gestational age between 12–28 weeks; 3. Complete ultrasound data; 4. Final diagnosis confirmed by fetal echocardiography (at 22–24 weeks of gestation) or chromosomal examination (non-invasive DNA testing or amniocentesis) or cardiac ultrasound within 72 hours after birth, or post-termination autopsy; 5. Signed informed consent for fetal echocardiography by the pregnant woman and her family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy; 2. Fetal crown-rump length 30 kg/m^2 or complicated by severe organ disease or abdominal tumor affecting ultrasound imaging; 4. Lost to follow-up or incomplete follow-up data.
