Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older; 2. Having experienced involuntary unemployment, termination of an employment contract, enterprise bankruptcy, difficulty obtaining employment after resignation, or another form of occupational interruption, and not having resumed stable employment; 3. Having been unemployed or occupationally interrupted for at least one month; 4. Being able to read and understand Chinese and independently complete online questionnaires and expressive writing tasks; 5. Providing voluntary participation and written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clear or strong current thoughts of self-harm or suicide; 2. A current mental disorder or current use of medication for the treatment of a mental disorder; 3. A severe psychological crisis accompanied by marked impairment in basic daily functioning; 4. Current participation in psychological counseling or another psychological intervention trial; 5. Reading, comprehension, or writing difficulties, or inability to use the Internet to complete the study procedures.
