Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (Ta, T1); 2. Exposure group: long-term aspirin and/or clopidogrel use for >=7 days; The control group did not take any anti-platelet aggregation drugs within six months before surgery; 3. Age >=18 years old; 4. Complete clinical data; 5. Informed consent was obtained; 6. Transurethral thulium laser resection of bladder tumor was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Muscle-invasive bladder cancer (T2 and above); 2. Combined with other malignant tumors; 3. There was severe coagulopathy before surgery; 4. Renal failure requiring dialysis; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
