Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Aged 6 to 14 years, no restriction on gender. 2. Monocular best corrected visual acuity >= 5.0. 3. Subjects are divided into two groups according to refractive status: Non-myopic group (Pre-myopia): Spherical equivalent refraction ranges from +1.00 D to > -0.50 D. Myopic group: Spherical equivalent refraction <= -0.50 D. All refractive measurements of the two groups shall be confirmed by cycloplegic refraction. 4. Normal binocular visual function (including stereopsis); no strabismus, amblyopia or nystagmus. 5. No history of rigid contact lens wear, atropine administration or multifocal spectacle wear within the past one month. 6. Intraocular pressure within the normal range (9 mmHg – 21 mmHg).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of ocular trauma or eye surgery. 2. Presence of organic ocular diseases (e.g., keratoconus, cataract, glaucoma) or systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis). 3. Poor cooperation or unqualified acquired images.
