60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 90 years old > age >= 60 years old; 2. Radiological diagnosis of femoral neck fracture; 3. ASA classification of I-III grade; 4. VAS score >= 7 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to perform nerve blockage; 2. Local or systemic infection; 3. Coagulation dysfunction (PT prolonged by 3 seconds or APTT prolonged by 10 seconds or Platelet count < 70 × 10^9/L); 4. Severe cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction; 5. Preoperative cognitive impairment; 6. History of long-term use of opioid drugs.
