Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age <= 18 years old; 2.In accordance with the Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss formulated by the Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2015;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion of middle ear lesions, retrocochlear space-occupying lesions, large vestibular aqueduct syndrome, and other related diseases via specialized examinations and imaging studies; 2.Exclusion of genetic factors, systemic diseases, and other potential etiological factors;
