5 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for AR as defined in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis (2022, revised edition); 2. Aged 5–75 years, regardless of sex; 3. Positive skin prick test (SPT) to at least one allergen and/or positive serum specific IgE test, or positive nasal provocation test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age under 5 years or over 75 years; 2. Concomitant chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps, or anatomical abnormalities of the nasal cavity; 3. Use of systemic or intranasal corticosteroids, antihistamines, antibiotics, or immunotherapy within the 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 4. Concomitant systemic inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, or immunodeficiency disorders; 5. Failure to provide signed informed consent.
