Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older; 2.Underwent robot-assisted MIDCAB in the Department of Cardiac Surgery, Peking University Third Hospital; 3.Free from other diseases that may interfere with physical activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2.Patients who received concomitant procedures such as valve surgery during robot-assisted MIDCAB; 3.Patients undergoing re-thoracotomy; 4.Patients with severe arrhythmia and hemodynamic instability; 5.Patients with severe emphysema or pleural adhesions; 6.Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 7.Patients with other conditions affecting physical activity;
