Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years on the day of signing the informed consent form; 2.CT diagnosis of kidney stones, with the maximum diameter of a single stone or the sum of the maximum diameters of multiple stones being 2–4 cm (inclusive); 3.Agree to and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those unwilling or unable to give informed consent; 2. Stones smaller than 2cm or larger than 4cm; 3. History of ureteral stricture or previous laparoscopic kidney surgery on the affected side; 4. Having a fever or uncontrolled urinary tract infection; 5. Severe systemic diseases, heart disease, lung disease, major organ failure, or inability to tolerate anesthesia or surgery; 6. Pregnant women, or women who are menstruating or breastfeeding; 7. Congenital or structural kidney abnormalities such as polycystic kidney, horseshoe kidney, ectopic kidney, etc.; 8. Anyone the researcher thinks is not suitable for this study.
