Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 50 to 80 years, regardless of gender. 2.Planned to undergo phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation for cataract, with the IOL (SN60WF or SN6CWS) intended to be placed in-the-bag. 3.Preoperative optical biometry performed, with axial length between 22 mm and 26 mm and mean keratometry (Kmean) < 48.0 D. 4. Expected postoperative best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of 20/40 or better. 5.For patients with both eyes meeting the criteria, the eye with better preoperative BCVA will be included;if BCVA is equal in both eyes, the eye scheduled for first cataract surgery will be included. 6. Ability to understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of other ocular diseases, such as ocular trauma, severe corneal/vitreous opacity, pterygium, fundus lesions, ocular infectious diseases, etc. 2. Lens opacity that interferes with the measurement of ocular optical biometry parameters. 3. History of previous intraocular or refractive surgery, or ocular trauma.
