18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-59, any gender, meeting the definition of young and middle-aged adults; 2. The study subjects meet the ACS diagnostic criteria according to the "Acute Coronary Syndrome Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2023 edition)"; 3. The study subjects meet the diagnostic criteria of the 'China Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Guidelines (2020 edition)'; 4. Complete fibrinogen and albumin tests within 24 hours of admission, and you can calculate the FAR index to have complete core test data. 5. Complete inpatient medical records are available, and at least 12 months of follow-up after discharge are completed, with clear outcome data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute infections or diagnosed with chronic inflammatory diseases; 2. Patients with severe peripheral diseases of the brain, liver, kidneys, or hematologic systems; 3. Patients with malignant tumor diseases; 4. Incomplete basic information, medical records, or physical and chemical examination data.
