Conditions

Colorectal polyps

Interventions

Gold Standard:The polyp size measured with a vernier caliper after polypectomy and before fixation served as the gold standard for polyp size
polypectomy reports written by experienced endoscopists based on video interpretation served as the reference standard for report quality.

Eligibility

Sex/Gender
All
Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily signed the informed consent form for this study. 2.Male or female aged 18 years or older. 3.Patients with known colorectal polyps undergoing endoscopic therapy, or patients with suspected colorectal polyps scheduled for polypectomy. 4.Polyps that can be retrieved intact, with specimen morphology suitable for measurement using a vernier caliper.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Post-polypectomy specimen fragmentation, inability to identify the longest diameter, or specimen retrieval failure. 2.Poor bowel preparation quality that severely compromises polyp exposure and video quality. 3.Any other condition deemed unsuitable for study participation by the investigator.
