Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I or II, aged 18–60, with a body mass index of 20–30 kg/m². 2. Patients scheduled for treatment of chronic insomnia (insomnia lasting more than 6 months). 3. Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia and voluntarily sign the informed consent before anesthesia, able to accept this experimental method, and willing to participate as a subject.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with contraindications to imaging examinations, such as non-magnetic resonance compatible metal implants, claustrophobia, pregnancy, etc. 2.Those with acute or chronic infections, severe systemic diseases, abnormal bleeding and coagulation, and tumor diseases;
