Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hilar eCCA or distal eCCA confirmed by postoperative pathology for the first time; 2. Standard dual-phase contrast-enhanced spectral CT performed within 1–2 weeks before surgery; 3. Complete clinical and pathological data allowing definitive assessment of MVI, PNI, and LNM; 4.Complete imaging phases with thin-slice reconstruction (<=1.25 mm).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy; 2. Severe imaging artifacts affecting quantitative analysis; 3. Concurrent other primary malignancies.
