Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients aged 18-75 years. 2. ECOG score 0-2. 3. The primary lesion and/or metastatic lesion is histopathologically confirmed as breast cancer or its metastasis, and the molecular subtype can be clearly identified as one of the four types: HR positive HER2 negative / HR positive HER2 positive / HR negative HER2 positive / HR negative HER2 negative. 4. Brain MRI enhancement indicates the presence of suspicious brain metastases. 5. It can be combined with or without extracranial metastases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. During pregnancy and lactation; 2. Brain metastases caused by other primary tumors apart from breast cancer; 3. Presence of severe organic diseases or failure of major organ functions, such as decompensated heart, lung, liver, and kidney failure.
