Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age range is from 18 to 65 years old; 2. Diagnosed as an odontogenic perianal abscess through clinical signs and imaging examinations (MRI); 3. Complex perianal abscesses that are not suitable for concurrent primary fistula incision surgery; 4. The patient has given informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Recurrent abscesses; 2. Caused by specific infections or diseases such as Crohn's disease, tuberculosis, and malignant tumors; 3. Systemic diseases accompanied by renal dysfunction and abnormal coagulation function; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
