Conditions

Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (coronary heart disease), focusing on imaging characteristics of coronary atherosclerotic plaque development and coronary artery stenosis, including subclinical imaging alterations in asymptomatic populations.

Interventions

Eligibility

Sex/Gender
All
Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years. 2. For the retrospective component, eligible participants were required to have both CAC and CCTA imaging data available, with an appropriate interval between examinations (e.g., <=3 months). 3. For the prospective component, eligible participants were required to undergo routine CCTA with image quality sufficient for analysis. 4. All included imaging datasets were required to meet quality criteria, without severe motion artifacts or reconstruction failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing or incomplete imaging data. 2. Poor image quality precluding post-processing or analysis. 3. Severe anatomical abnormalities affecting coronary artery evaluation.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR);Structural similarity between generated images and real CCTA images;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
