Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children: Children aged 3–6 years enrolled in kindergartens, in good general health without severe systemic diseases, and whose parents have signed informed consent forms. 2. Parents/primary caregivers: The primary daily caregivers of the children (father, mother, or legal guardian), with basic literacy skills to understand the questionnaire content. 3. Teachers/nursery staff: Those whose classes have children participating in this project and who voluntarily agree to take part in the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children: Those with severe systemic diseases, intellectual disabilities, mental disorders, or autism spectrum disorders who are unable to cooperate with the oral examination. 2. Parents: Those whose questionnaires are incomplete (missing items =20%) or who are unable to understand the questionnaire content. 3. Teachers/nursery staff: Those whose questionnaires are incomplete or who withdraw from the project prematurely.
