Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old. 2. Patients requiring oral tracheal intubation. 3. No oral mucosal damage, oral diseases or drug-related oral mucosal injury before intubation. 4. informed consent from patients or their families to participate in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with oral tracheal intubation brought in from other hospitals ; 2. Patients who underwent two or more intubations during the observation period ; 3. Intubation in other departments with an indwelling time of more than 24 hours.
