14 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 14 to 75 years; 2. Clinically diagnosed with Crohn's disease based on clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, endoscopy and pathological findings; 3. With a history of enteral nutrition therapy (current or previous); 4. Clear consciousness, capable of completing questionnaires independently or with assistance from researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders resulting in inability to cooperate; 2. Complicated with end-stage severe systemic diseases; 3. Receipt of surgical treatment within one month prior to enrollment.
