Group A:Performing ultrasound-guided interscapular brachial plexus nerve block using an ultrasound machine with AI-assisted neural recognition

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I–III; aged 18–85 years; BMI 21–28 kg/m²; no gender restrictions; 2.Patients undergoing shoulder or upper limb surgery for whom an intermuscular groove brachial plexus nerve block is sufficient to provide adequate analgesia for the procedure. 3.Able to cooperate with the research process and post-operative follow-up; 4.Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to cooperate with the completion of the nerve block; 2.Ultrasound images cannot be acquired. 3.Infection or tumour at the puncture site; 4.Coagulation dysfunction; 5.History of brachial plexus injury or neurological disorder; 6.Known allergy to local anaesthetics;
