Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 40 years old, <= 80 years old, gender not limited; 2.Previous gastroscopy revealed the presence of chronic atrophic gastritis or intestinal metaplasia;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous gastroscopy results indicated significant bile reflux; 2.After evaluation, it is considered that the risk of adverse events during gastroscopy and biopsy is relatively high; 3.Previous history of gastric surgery; 4.History of malignant tumor in the digestive tract; 5.History of hereditary gastrointestinal diseases; 6.Autoimmune gastritis; 7.Severe systemic disease; 8.Received eradication treatment for Helicobacter pylori or other antibiotic treatments within the past 3 months; 9.Used proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and H2 receptor antagonists within the past month; 10.Used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or aspirin within the past month;
