Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 65 years; 2.The affected tooth is a mature permanent tooth with complete apical development; 3.The affected tooth exhibits clinical and radiographic evidence suggestive of deep carious lesions; 4.Clinical diagnosis is pulpitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, etc.); 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Patients whose affected tooth has a history of trauma, is irreparable or non-functional, or presents with combined periodontal-pulp lesions; 4.Patients whose X-ray of the affected tooth shows signs of root canal calcification or root resorption.
