Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age is between 10 and 19 years old (inclusive). 2. Diagnosed with TMJ ADDwoR by MRI. 3. Has a history of earlobe clicking, limited mouth opening or pain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe condylar resorption or severely deformed and shortened articular disc, resulting in inability to perform disc repositioning; 2. Those with a history of surgical treatment in the joint area or occlusal plate treatment; 3. Those with a history of psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression; 4. Patients with congenital or systemic diseases, who are not suitable for surgery; 5. Pregnant or lactating patients;
