Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.presence of chronic hepatitis B virus infection, meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF), and receiving artificial liver treatment for the first time due to this condition; 3.the artificial liver treatment mode is DPMAS + PE, and the treatment period is between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of malignancy or suspected malignancy; 2. Plan to receive a non-liver organ transplant or have performed any organ transplant; 3. Maternal, mental illness.
